What does the ODA do?
The ODA advocates on behalf of the cannabis industry for common sense regulations, hosts networking events, and provides educational resources to help share and shape best practices here in Oklahoma.
Is the ODA a nonprofit?
The ODA is an Oklahoma Not For Profit Corporation.
Do I have to work for a dispensary to join?
Membership is available to all industry professionals who serve and support dispensaries in Oklahoma.
How are my membership funds used?
Membership and sponsorship funds are used to pay for operational costs including our staff and lobbying firm, as well as expenses for programs and events.
Why should I become a supporting or corporate member?
Supporting members receive full access to all the benefits the ODA offers, and helps provide funding to push our mission forward. Corporate memberships receive the same benefits and allow multiple employees from the same company to engage in the ODA under one membership.
What if we don’t agree on how to handle a legislative issue?
Let’s talk about the issue and see where we can find common ground. We work to build consensus on the largest issues facing our industry. We also provide educational resources to help you advocate effectively on individual issues where our viewpoints may differ.
